Spring Break Fun

Colorado Springs is a special place for my daughter and I, we love to visit our old neighbors which are really our best friends! No hotel reservation is needed!! My son has been to the Springs only one other time but too young to remember everyone, he won't have that problem anymore--he talks often of Melodie, Duane, M and C. He tells everyone who will stop and listen about our trip and all the fun things we were able to do while there. The grown ups enjoy sitting on the sofa visiting for hours while the young girls would rather shop till they drop!!

We fell in love with the BOBA tea, we tried the "usual" from our experienced friends-almond chai tea! Those big black bubbles (they are tapioca) took a while to get used to the first time we started chewing, but are a super fun treat now. The younger kids enjoyed a chocolate milk!

M and M enjoyed a morning and afternoon walk up to a scenic overlook near the house. There are some great pictures on the camera, will try to download them later!

Mr. Biggs was fun for everyone in attendance. M and C enjoyed Little Big Town where they did tons of pretend play, rode the carousel, did some jumping on the inflatables, as well as tons of free play. The sandbox area was also a hit. The older girls enjoyed playing miniature golf, riding the go-carts, and jumping.

It's always so sad to leave and we our planning our next trip in June. No more two year gaps in between trips!
